Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Fiftycore within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

All billing and payment processing for Fiftycore is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle issues all purchase receipts, collects applicable taxes, and processes refunds on our behalf. When you purchase a Fiftycore subscription, your transaction is with Paddle.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New paid subscribers are eligible for a full refund if they request one within 30 calendar days of the initial charge. This applies to the Growth plan and any future paid tiers at their launch price.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at founder@fiftycore.com with your registered email address and the subject line "Refund Request". We will initiate the refund through Paddle within 5 business days.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal charges are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Instructions for cancellation are available in your account billing settings or by emailing support.

There are no refunds for unused portions of a subscription period after a renewal charge has been processed.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue a refund for the current period unless you are within the 30-day guarantee window on your first payment. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

To cancel, go to your account billing settings or email founder@fiftycore.com.

4. Exceptions and Disqualifications

Refunds may be refused in the following circumstances:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after the initial charge (unless the product was faulty or not as described).

  • There is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulation.

  • The account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Refunds do not affect your statutory consumer rights. If the Service was materially not as described or failed to function due to a technical issue on our end, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the above exceptions.

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Paddle will send a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

Refund requests made more than 60 days after the original transaction date cannot be processed by Paddle and will not be approved.

6. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise subscriptions are governed by a separate agreement. Refund terms for Enterprise plans are defined in that agreement. Contact founder@fiftycore.com for Enterprise billing enquiries.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the Service or a billing issue, please contact us at founder@fiftycore.com or call +91 8866643432. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 business days, you may escalate to the appropriate consumer dispute forum. For buyers in India, complaints may be referred to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or through the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. For buyers in the EU, you may refer disputes to your local Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

As Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, billing disputes may also be raised directly with Paddle via their buyer support.
