Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fiftycore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Fiftycore is operated by Harsh Surela ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of fiftycore.com and all related applications, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business and professional use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

To access most features of the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at founder@fiftycore.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All billing and payment processing is handled exclusively by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects payment, issues receipts, manages VAT and sales tax compliance, and processes refunds on our behalf. At checkout, buyers will be asked to accept Paddle's Buyer Terms available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Subscription plans:

• Starter (Free) — one active project, Phase 1 market validation, core workspace access.

• Growth ($20/mo) — unlimited analyses, all three phases, PDF export and report sharing.

• Enterprise (Custom) — SSO, access controls, security review support, dedicated onboarding.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes. Paddle will collect and remit any required VAT, GST, or sales tax.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings or by contacting support at founder@fiftycore.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends. No partial-period refunds are issued except as described in the Refund Policy below.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial charge by emailing founder@fiftycore.com. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com. Full terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Upload, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers, or any related systems.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in bulk without express written permission.

• Use the Service to generate content for purposes that violate applicable law or third-party terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these acceptable use provisions.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Fiftycore and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Fiftycore a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display that content solely as necessary to deliver the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

The Service uses AI to generate market validation reports, design specifications, and execution plans. AI-generated output is provided for informational and strategic planning purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI output. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any specific purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fiftycore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Fiftycore in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fiftycore, its operators, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the effective date of changes at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
